Aaron Carter exposes his soul in a tearful interview.

In the TV show 'The Doctors' the pop singer speaks openly his greatest fears and confesses to being addicted to cosmetic surgery as well as pain reliever. "I'm getting fillers. Restylane, Voluma, Rejuviderm. I'll have all three injected and I'll go on with it," the star says, according to DailyMail.com. That would put a smile on his face if he saw himself in the mirror. Nevertheless, tears come to his eyes when he adds: "I see a pretty good-looking guy who is just a little skinny."

However, he constantly thinks about how he is noticed in public: "I am concerned about my general health because people tell me that I look like I have AIDS or cancer or that I am going to die." In the show, which airs on Wednesday (September 13th) and Thursday (September 14th), Carter further admits that he is constantly taking painkillers and that he even illegally buys the drugs on the street if he doesn't get a prescription from the doctor receives. The pills would include Xanax and Oxycodone, among others. "I don't mix medication. I take it to reduce my stress, pain or [my] fear," he says. Doctor Travis Stork is concerned: "What worries me most about this drug issue is that your sister [Leslie] died of an overdose."

Also because of this terrible tragedy, the musician promises to want to improve: "I don't want to take this stuff." The 29-year-old knew that it would "not be easy", but he still wanted to go the "difficult way".
