Professors Damien Léger and Maxime Elbaz from the sleep center of the Hôtel-Dieu hospital have designed "iSommeil", an iPhone application designed to facilitate users' sleep and assess their sleep pattern. It offers multiple functions to help you dive into the arms of Morpheus. It allows among others:
- Detect snoring and monitor possible sleep apnea.
- To evaluate the quality of sleep thanks to a recording made during the night.
- Accompany the phases of falling asleep and waking through sequences of light and sound, and offer a harmonious alarm clock based on the biological clock of each user.
- Discover the tips that improve the quality of sleep ,
- Evaluate his vigilance by measuring his reaction time.
