First step: choose a good cider vinegar
Good for the heart, the nervous system and the regeneration of cells, cider vinegar is also able, among other things, to fight against excess cholesterol and to facilitate digestion. However, this is only true in the presence of quality cider vinegar. Indeed, most industrial cider vinegars, produced too quickly and pasteurized, have lost the virtues of authentic cider vinegar ... To enjoy the benefits of cider vinegar, so prefer traditionally produced cider vinegar. Aged in oak barrels for at least ten months and unpasteurized, they are as tasty as they are healthy!

Second step: integrate cider vinegar into your daily diet
The acidulous taste of apple cider vinegar goes perfectly with those of many foods: endives, lettuce, nuts, apples, meats, fish, cheese, potatoes ... It can be used to make tasty salad dressings. For your meats and fish, you can integrate cider vinegar in a marinade, in the accompanying sauce or use it as a de-icing liquid: it goes particularly well with pork, veal, cod and monkfish. Another idea for athletes: drink a glass of Jarvis cocktail every day. This cocktail consists of 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar and 100 ml of mineral water highly concentrated in sodium. This cocktail makes it possible to remineralize the body very quickly, thus including the loss of mineral salts evacuated with sweat during physical exercise. It is also common to drink 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water to fight kidney problems, acne or diarrhea.
