Steps

Step 1

Approx. 1 h 30 before cooking:


mix flour, almond powder and sugar 15 s. Add the butter, mix to obtain a sand. Add the yolks, mix. Pour into a salad bowl, press without kneading to amalgamate into a ball. Place 1 hour in the fridge.

2nd step

Form the stars:


preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 4) . Cover the plate (s) with baking paper. On a floured surface, spread the dough with a roll of 6 mm thick; it is brittle, but malleable: if it is torn, bring it closer and weld the edges by hand. Cut out stars. Peel with a knife , put on the plates.

Step 3

Finish, cook:


just squeeze in the stars large pieces of dried fruit, powder with brown sugar, bake for 10-15 minutes . When they are blond, let cool, take off.
