ingredients

2 plain soy yogurts
10 cl of half-milk
2 eggs
50 g of fructose powder
80 g flour
40 g of Maïzena
1 sachet of baking powder
50 g of hazelnut powder
2 apples
1 C. to c. ginger powder

Steps

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (5-6).

Mix the flour with the yeast, the hazelnut powder and the cornflour.

Break the eggs then add fructose, yogurts, milk, ginger and gradually incorporate the flour mixture.

Peel and cut the apples into cubes, add them to the mixture.

Pour into a nonstick pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
