It's all stupid, just follow the example of the monitor placed in the center of the circle that connects movements between aerobics and dance all on the rhythm of a lively music. After 45min of suffering, it is stretching and relaxation, and with the hectic session that I just lived, I miss falling asleep!

My personal advice on the Swedish gym:

  • Initially, the coordination between the arms and legs is difficult, but do not be discouraged, it comes after 4 or 5 sessions.
  • The Swedish gym is self-service: we go when we want where we want, so to stay motivated, the easiest way is to register with a girlfriend and plan to chat before class.
  • Remember to equip you with good sneakers to cushion jumps, a special sports bra and a large bottle of water, you'll be hot!

Results after a month of Swedish Gym

It's been a month that I practice the Swedish Gym twice a week (and yes, motivated!).

Initially, the aches were at the rendezvous: bad to the abs, cowboy approach ...!

Today, the first effects are felt: my belly is harder and cellulite on the buttocks begins to fade. Side form, I'm more toned, less anguished, in short ... in tune with my body.

It is possible to test a course for 10 € and then decide to register (or not). Another option: to pay the courses to the unit.
