ingredients

3 small zucchini
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 clove of garlic
2 "medium" eggs
2 dl of light cream
75 g flour
Sunflower oil

Steps

Step 1

Grate the zucchini finely, press them in a cloth to extract the water.

2nd step

Mingle in a salad bowl with eggs and flour, add cream, squeezed garlic, chopped parsley, ground pepper, salt and zucchini.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (Th.4).
Heat the oil in one or more small stoves.
Spread the dough in, cook on medium-low heat.
When the bottom is golden and the crepe half-cooked, slide it on a plate, return to the pan.
Let it brown, slide the pancakes as you go on a baking dish.
